Interchange is a band of five friends (two of which are brothers) with the same vision and the same goal, to glorify the One and only true God with music. Their unique style is hard-hitting, emotionally impacting, spiritually moving and full of sonic energy. All five members are music ministers and accomplished musicians. They are: Eric Diaz (lead vocals, acoustic guitar & keys), Chris Diaz (rhythm guitar & vocals), Peter Trulin (lead guitar), Mike Gerbrandt (Drums, loops & vocals) and Peter Mandrillo (Bass guitar).
With exeption to Pete Mandrillo, the guys of Interchange have been playing together on and off for over 6 years in the music ministry at Angelus Temple Hispanic Foursquare in downtown Los Angeles. However, it wasn’t until spring of 2004 that God called them to pursue the ministry full-time together. Mike and Peter Trulin moved back to LA in April/May of ’04 ready with shields of faith. Chris left his old project knowing undoubtedly that God was calling him to focus his energy into this new group. Eric also put aside his solo worship project in order to devote the time to Interchange.
