01.05.08 - Year 3 and still going strong!!! For 2008 we have already planned the dates for six Encounters this year. God is continualy giving us favor with this ministry because it is what is in His heart.
Also... Angelus Temple Hispanic is experiencing a great time of renewal and ouptouring and it is because people are praying! Join us in prayer. Visit our prayer page for times and dates when prayer is taking place at our church.

06.12.07 - May Encounter was a great time of seeing the Holy Spirit move and transform the lives of yet another group of participants! Check back for updates on the next Encounter.

04.18.07 - We have dates confirmed for the next Encounter! Yay! See Schedule as it has been updated. Also. There is alot going on with the Encounter ministry, like uhm... we are taking over! Encounter will be sponsoring a prayer rally to help mobilize for The Call 07.07.07 and to stir up prayer and intercession for our church and our city. Also we will be having regular Encounter prayer meetings starting on Saturday April 28th. More info to come!!! But for now, tell all your friends and family members it is time to have an Encounter!

02022.07 - New site is up and in the works. It is exciting to see how God is blessing our church through the Encounters. It is our hope that this website will give you a little peak into the Encounter ministry and what we do. So look around and be sure to e-mail us if you have any questions, comments or if you would like more information about Encounter.
Still going strong with no end in sight!
Our second year of Encounters seems to be picking up momentum. We are at no loss of people who desire deeper intimacy with God and life changing transformation by the power of the Holy Spirit. If you are considering going to an Encounter, I encourage you to not miss out on this incredible opportunity that some have referred to as “Cleansing Stream” on steroids. If you come with an open heart and a genuine desire to experience Him in a new way, God is faithful and will not leave you wanting. If you’re wondering if this experience is for you, just ask anyone who has been to an Encounter and let their testimonies speak for themselves. The Lord is bringing His church into an exciting new season of favor and intimacy. Now is the time to press in and take all that He has for you, Now is the time for your Encounter!

Why the new location?
After much thought, prayer and consideration we have decided to move our location for Encounter from The Courtyard Marriot in Oxnard to William Carey University in Pasadena. The primary reason for the move was to be able to lower the registration fee but there are other benifits as well. We are presently in the process of negotiating the registration fee but our hope is to drastically reduce the price to attend an Encounter. The final pricing will be announced next week.
